Yoshinkan Aikido in New England

The Goshinkan dojo is dedicated to bringing Yoshinkan-style Aikido to the Boston area.  Our headquarters school is based in Philadelphia, and lead by Kancho Yukio Utada (7th dan).  Utada Kancho named and certified the Goshinkan dojo in 2007.

The Japanese characters for Goshinkan literally mean “the house of harmonious minds.”  In our dojo we strive to create harmonious relationships and interactions through the movements and philosophies of traditional Aikido.
